Revelation chapter 9 is one of the most unusual chapters in the book with some sections pointing to obvious interpretations while other symbols remain unexplained. The main focus of Revelation chapter 9 is of course a review and comparison of previous events in Revelation, the bottomless pit with the locusts and of course the 4 horsemen. A review like this should not pass unnoticed but looked upon as a preparation for visions that follow.
