First was the passing of the cloak on their first meeting. You should have noticed, God didn’t tell why Elijah had to go meet Elisha and why Elisha was replacing him. Then there is a story about Samaria being attacked and what Ahab did about it. Ahab gave up. Then God promised to fight for Ahab.
